HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
!
I hope that you have a wonderful turkey day! I was with friends this year and what a crowd I was with. It was so nice. Even my dog feasted (on a sock) blech! But we are thankful that we didn't end up in the emergency vet and that he is safe and well. My images are from Dustin Pike. Be sure to check out his blog here. He is very generous with his freebies and has terrific deals on his other images and sets. And the saying is from TLC...You can get many free stamp images and sayings there. The blog can be found here.

Boo to You!!!!
This year my cards were stamped! Nothing digital this year. I had forgotten how much fun it was to play with stamps again. I will be doing more of it soon! These were a lot of fun to do. As I worked on these in stages, Camdyn ate the entire bag of cut up pieces, forcing me to start again! The torn and chewed pieces made a nice card for Kevin! I loved how this card turned out!

Hambo Hoedown - Watch Out for Mono Mosquito!
It is time once again for the Hambo Hoedown Challenge - This time use ANY Hambo image digital or rubber and create a monochromatic card in a color you don't normally use. If you want they even have a couple of FREE digital images you can use to try them out. If you get your image loaded and emailed in time, then they will email a different FREE image to use in next week's challenge. All you have to do is follow the directions and enter in time and you are a WINNER!! Have fun! I usually only use red as a highlight, but not often. I barely had enough in my scraps even to make the card! I did like how it reminded me of blood though!

Mother's Day
Mother's Day this year was busy. I was in the middle of state testing at school. It seemed to creep up on me and boom it was here! I did manage to make three cards (Mom, Step-Mom, and Mother-in-Law) and I think that they all got them in time too! That in and of itself is a feat. Simple card, yet elegant enough for such a special day. One of my attempts at two step stamping with an old Stampin' Up set that I have.
